- AVA is a service provider of Aerospace Manufacturing,
Re-manufacturing and Distributing of OEM Certified Ground
Support Equipment (GSE)
- Full range of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for many
of DOD's weapon systems including Weapons Loaders, Munitions
Trailers, Engine Stands, Gear Dollies, and Hydraulic
Test Stands to name several types of equipment.
- Offers various Avionics and structural parts along
with custom modification. AVA produces a remanufactured
product to zero-time condition and delivers the product
with a 1 year or 300 hour warranty.
- Recognized expertise at obsolescence solutions, assisting
customers with modernization of weapons systems and
extending the life of fielded fleets of equipment.
- AVA performs repair of aircraft avionics and instrument
components
- Provides support for avionics and electro-mechanical
component repair services to Navy Inventory Control
Point (ICP) Philadelphia

- AVA Jacksonville facility is a certified source for
hundreds of aircraft components (provide link to list)
- AVA has Engineering and Re-Design capability
- Staff of Engineers, Technicians and Logisticians team
capable of new systems design or significant alteration
to existing systems to improve equipment service life
and functionality
- Redesigned and delivered T-56 Universal Prop Sling
to solve sling maintenance safety issues and inherent
failure modes in the old design. The new design significantly
improves the Prop Sling strength and safety of operation,
while reducing life cycle costs
- AVA has fabrication capability
- Full fabrication capability with numerous specialized
shop tools and facilities to machine replacement parts
for aircraft structural, mechanical and flight components
as well as ground support and aircraft support systems
- Capability includes CNC machining centers, aircraft
backshop assembly, full range welding center and model
/ prototype fabrication center
- Capability provides a unique dimension to the 'make/
buy' decision point for many items due to the ability
to compare delivery time, quality and cost of each item
from the internal and external supplier in a timely
manner.
- AVA provides Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Program
Support Services.
- 75,000 square feet of existing office and plant space
which is ideal for efficient Supply Chain Management
(SCM) programs
- Government bonded and customer storage areas in use
for multiple contracts. AVA provides distribution of
S-3 Components for Lockheed Martin in their NAS Jacksonville
support activity
- AVA acts as a min-stock point for the T-2 PBL, which
contracts with AVA to not only repair several different
part numbered components, but also to warehouse components,
manage the pool of components, and ship on demand to
the customer with very stringent time requirements
- AVA provides Program Support as a subcontractor to
several major primes in a role as Material Manager.
